The DC300A Modular Classic Ice Maker produces classic ice using the latest spray technology built within the unit. This spray technology sprays water within the ice moulds that allow the water to be frozen at sub zero temperatures to form the ice cubes. Once these cubes have been frozen over, they are sprayed again in order to create several layers of ice over each ice cube. This gives it a longer lasting time once in use and also has a quicker cooling rate. This is what makes it suitable for establishments that serve drinks uch as bars and night clubs.
The extior of the unit is is produced using a catering grade stainless steel. This gives the unit strength on the outside while also making it hygienic due to the stainless steel not rusting over long periods of use. It is also easy to clean and wipe down due to the material.
A large vent is fitted on the vent and is also removable to access during a cleaning of the unit.
