Soft Scoop Ice Cream Displays
Soft scoop ice cream shouldn’t be served at temperatures above -2.2˚C as certain bacteria is capable of growing in conditions as low as -1˚C. All soft scoop ice cream displays featured within our range are able to maintain consistent safe temperatures to ensure the best results.
Top Tip: Generally, both soft scoop ice cream and gelato can be stored in either ventilated or static cooled units however, to store gelato in premium conditions, ventilated units are strongly recommended, although not essential.
