The DC DC30-10A Self Container Classic Ice Maker is the perfect ice maker for the hospitality industry due to the fact that it produces solid cubes of crystalline ice that stays cooler for a longer period of time than the average ice cube. Along with this, they also cool at a quicker rate meaning they speed up how cool a drink becomes. This is what makes this ice maker suitable for establishments such as restaurants and night clubs along with being suitable for hotels and supermarkets.
This ice maker is fitted with the latest in spray technology meaning that water is sprayed inside of the unit in to the designated ice moulds before being frozen at sub zero temperatures. The water is continuesly sprayed over the ice cubs as they begin to change density in order to build up layers which is what allows for them to last longer once they are removed from the machine for its purpose.
The outer material that is used for this unit is catering graded stainless steel. This is for the fact that the outer of the ice machine will not rust after continuos use from the water or condensation which will keep it more hygienic. Along with this, the material allows for the unit to be easily cleaned and maintained. There is also a storage bin inside of the unit that is made out of a non-toxic antibacterial plastic which allows for the ice to keep bacteria free. The antibacterial plastic also provides a layer of insulation ensuring that no heat from the outside of the machine is able to penetrate the machine and keeps the ice and the correct temperature and density to be used instantly.
