The DCP75-30A Self Contained Hollow Ice Maker is the perfect ice maker for commercial use. This is down to the fact that this ice maker produces hollow crystalline ice which allows the ice to have a slower melting rate and also cool down quicker making it suitable for drinks. Hollow ice is particularly to hard water areas due to the process of manufacturing the ice cubes within the unit.
This ice maker produces the ice using paddle system technology which can consitantly produce ice even if the water supply has a high mineral content. An added benefit of this system is that in does not require additional pumps in order to produce ice, making this unit one of the quietest on the market.
The unit has a grade catering stainless steel that is perfect due to the fact that no rust will be on the unit after long periods of usage. The added benefit of this material is that it is very hygienic and easy to clean with ease. The storage bin inside that stores all the ice is produced using a non-toxic antibacterial that protects the ice inside. It also gives a layer of insulation which allows the inside to remain at sub zero temperatures.
