They are extremely versatile in that they reduce the requirement for floor space while offering another worktop and storage space. Fixed frame models are also available - these allow heights to be specified when measuring between 590mm and 900mm. To add, a choice of combinations of castors, rollers and feet can also help to achieve specific heights, resulting in the perfect unit for all business needs.
The drawer also features a blast chill function for ultimate convenience, versatility and food safety. Ideal for cook/chill uses, up to 7kg of food can be pulled down from 70°C to 3°C in as little as 90 minutes. Once the blast chill cycle is complete, contents are held at a safe 3°C until removed.

A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

Chef Base units with solid worktops to accomodate cooking equipment, such as induction hobs. Chef Bases can be supplied with a variety of castors and rollers to achieve a specific worktop height, and cooking equipment weight loading.
These units can also be fitted with fixed frames where a particular worktop finished height, between 590mm and 900mm is required.
