Designed to sit on existing countertops, a range of fillings and toppings can be organised and displayed at appropriate temperatures within easy reach for quick food prep and service. Also featuring a glass guard to provide cover to foods, items can be hygienically displayed and clearly viewed.
The GVC33-120 Topping Unit has a fully automatic operation that is designed to help all the features provided work together seamlessly. It has a static cooling system that will provide temperatures ranging from 2C to 10C to guarantee the preservation and freshness of your toppings.
The unit is designed with a manual defrost operation in the event there is an accumulation of frosted ice within the system. This helps preserve the quality of your food items and keeps the unit running efficiently at all times. There is a digital controller and temperature display mounted on this chilled topping shelf that will give you control over the temperature conditions within the unit.
The inside of the unit is built to hold ¼ size gastronorm pans with a depth of 150mm. These are not provided with the purchase. The unit is also built using a stainless interior and exterior to guarantee its longevity in your commercial food establishment. Adjustable feet make it possible to keep the unit level at all times.

A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.
