Saladette Counters

Saladette counters, whilst closely resembling other refrigerated gastronorm prep counters, are typically characterised by the gastronorm compatible top being level with the counter surface rather than raised. Sitting flush with the salad counter, there are a number of GN configurations available to suit the requirements of any kitchen. While often used for salad ingredients, these counters are also perfect for use as sandwich prep fridges, with cold fillings conveniently organised and within easy reach for speedy sandwich production.

The chilled base cabinets are generally compatible with GN pans meaning that trays of multiple products can be quickly and easily inserted or removed. 

Featuring a stainless steel lid to give complete coverage of GN pans, ingredients remain fresh and protected. The gastronorm section is refrigerated ensuring that chilled produce remain in optimum condition. Due to the larger GN area, the food preparation surface is reduced however is still ample for chopping produce.

With a range of sizes and capacities available including two or three door layouts and a choice of gastronorm configurations, finding the right chilled saladette counter fridge needn’t be a chore.
