Glass top prep counters provide a host of uses and benefits. The base cabinets create precision chilled storage suitable for holding essential ingredients close to hand, while the upper work surface generates ample space on which to prepare dishes. Also featuring refrigerated gastronorm wells, pre-prepared produce can be organised and stored ready for use and within easy reach.

The GN area has a glass top (or sneeze guard) to protect the ingredients when on display whilst still ensuring clear visibility for customers. This allows them to see what’s on the menu and select what they want. The work space can also be seen by customers, creating the perfect vantage point from which to observe their order as it is prepared.
