With a stainless steel interior and exterior, this unit will last long in your business. Stainless steel is also easy to clean enabling you to keep up with the required hygienic conditions in a foodservice establishment. The prep counter comes with 3 solid hinged doors to give you easy access to the refrigerated section of the unit. The doors have a lock function to keep your food items well secured throughout as well as a self-closing feature to minimise escape of cold air even when in constant use.
It is fully automatic and supports a forced air circulation. To prevent the accumulation of frosted ice within the counter, this unit employs an automatic defrost system. The defrost system is reprogrammable to give you full control over the operations of your equipment.
You will be able to actively monitor and adjust the temperatures provided through a Dixell thermostatic controller. It is CFC free thus safe or handling food items and kind to the environment. There is a 60mm insulation all around the prep counter for energy preservation and enhanced efficiency.
