The Crystal VENUS ELEGANTE 46 Venus Ice Cream Display 454 L is equipped with a sliding glass lid over the display area which allows you to store the ice cream inside the unit overnight. It is finished off in a white interior and exterior, however, it also has an anodised aluminium top finish to ensure long durability and also make it corrosion resistant, making it a fantastic freezer for commercial environments.
The ice cream freezer includes other features such as a skin evaporator to reduce energy consumption compared to forced air versions, a manual thermostat with digital temperature display in order to control the units temperature between the range -15°C to -22°C. and the capacity for ten 5 litre Napoli pans. The Napoli containers are not included.
The VENUS ELEGANTE 46 comes fitted with a set of castors and as the weight of the freezer is 133 kilograms it can be easily moved and adjusted by one individual or two if needed.
