This unit has a self closing door which means that if your hands are full when you get something out of the fridge the door will close on its own so that it doesn't let any heat in.
There are several removable draws so that you can store a lot of fish in the fridge at any one time. These drawers have a solid perforated risers so that the fish at the bottom of the draw won't be sitting in liquid.The unit is made out of stainless steel so that it is easy to clean and looks professional.

Commercial refrigeration temperatures will generally fluctuate by 3° above or below the set temperature. This may increase depending on ambient conditions. Read more here.
Warning: Do not plug into trailing sockets
Equipment should not be plugged into a trailing socket/extension lead, due to fire hazard. Only plug appliances into wall sockets.
