The RK1420 gastronorm refrigerator from Tefcold has a stainless steel construction on both the interior and exterior. This makes it durable enough to withstand a tough commercial space regardless of the stresses and pressures that may cause damage. It is also easy to clean thus ensuring you have an easy time keeping up with the hygienic conditions around your commercial kitchen.
This unit comes with 2 solid hinged doors with a lock function to keep your food items well preserved and secured throughout. An electric defrost system prevents the accumulation of frosted ice in the cabinet while a fully automatic fan assisted cooling system evenly distributes cool air within the cabinet. This is especially important in the rapid cooling of your food items. There are interior lights to keep your stock well illuminated and a digital temperature controller and display enabling you to regulate and monitor the temperatures within the chiller.
Your stock will be supplied with temperatures ranging from -2°C to 10°C. This unit has a replaceable door gasket that prevents the cool air from inside the unit from mixing with the warm air outside. Its removable function also aids in the cleaning and maintenance of the fridge.
The model comes built on castors for easy and safe movement. Two of these castors are lockable to help keep your unit in place and avoid accidents. The Tefcold RK1420 solid door fridge also includes 24 months manufacturers parts only warranty.

Please make sure a vehicle of this size (think a double decker bus
or bin lorry) can get to the delivery location. Delivery on a
smaller vehicle can be arranged with prior notice however will
incur an additional cost.
We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all
deliveries are at the courier’s discretion. Timed delivery options
are available on selected products/manufacturers however this
will incur a surcharge.

The majority of manufacturers will offer a recycling and disposal service. Where manufacturer services aren't available we recommend contacting your local authority or a reputable company listed in your area.
Ordered a new piece of equipment and arranged for recycling and disposal through the same manufacturer? It is important to bear in mind that not all recycling services will be carried out on the same day as delivery. Equipment remains your responsibility, that includes with regards to environmental aspects, so make sure you have suitable storage for old units until they can can be collected.
All units scheduled on a recycle service must be ready to collect outside of the premises on the day of collection.
