Built with you in mind, this unit is designed to fit perfectly in your commercial space combining hygienic food preparation area with a refrigerated cabinet designed to hold GN pans. It has all the features that guarantee you the best service and value for your money all year round.
The GS91 preparation counter has a fully automatic operation which is important for any equipment in a commercial food establishment. It has a wet wall with fan assisted cooling that is able to provide a temperature range of 2C to 10C for the effective preservation of your food items. With an undermounted refrigeration layout the overall footprint of the equipment is minimised without compromise to the chilling capacity or performance.
Cupboards are designed to accept 1/1 gastronorm pans making transference of quantities of ingredients quicker and easier. GN pans however are not provided with the purchase. The doors on this unit are self-closing to reduce the chances of you leaving them open causing fluctuating and inconsistent refrigeration conditions. This is a great feature because it reduces the level of energy wastage that typically happens in a commercial kitchen on a busy day.
There is a replaceable door gasket to guarantee an effective seal the unit once the doors are closed can always be maintained. The door gasket is also easily removable during cleaning and normal maintenance. You will always be able to keep this unit level even on uneven floors thanks to its adjustable feet.

Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

This is a commercial product. All deliveries are kerbside and made between 8am & 6pm Monday - Friday unless an additional service has been purchased. Please click on the Delivery and Returns tab for more important information.
Equipment should not be plugged into a trailing socket/extension lead, due to fire hazard. Only plug appliances into wall sockets.
