This model is able to switch from being a chiller to a freezer depending on the kind of stock that you have. The Venere NV has a system that provides cool even temperatures for both chiller and freezer operation. To prevent any ice build-up which may damage the refrigeration system or stock this cake display cabinet has a function that removes the accumulated ice in a timely manner for when you are storing forzen products especially.
There is a digital controller and temperature display on the unit to help monitor and adjust the temperatures. This way, you can easily switch from a chiller to a freezer in a short time. Adjustable shelves and an additional base give you the needed presentation area for food placement. The shelves can be moved to create space for different-sized products.

This equipment will operate with a higher decibel level than domestic counterparts.
