The strong and hygienic lid can be used as additional food preparation surface for increased workable areas. The freezer is manufactured with 60mm insulation thickness thus enhancing energy efficiency along with creating a more even and consistent temperatures and storage conditions.
A low temperature warning light alerts the user to any fluctuations or changes in the storage environment. Featuring a fast freeze switch, large quantities of stock can be safely brought down to the recommended temperature in the shortest time possible.
The handle is strong enough to withstand the repeated use experienced in a busy kitchen and is fitted with a lock for increased security of stock.
In order to fully optimise storage and increase organisation, baskets can be used to separate stock for easy location of products even during busy services.
