The Carpigiani Miniwhip/G Whipped Cream Machine has a patented texteurizer increases colissions among fat molecules. This comes with a pump as well that makes it possible to adjust the air/product mix to whip cream, non dairy cream and more. There is also a drip protector which you can use as a hygenic dispenser protector for when the machine isn't in use.
It has a tank drain which connects to the outside of the unit which means that you can easily drain and clean the product. The high capacity pump allows you to let a lot more through it at once and it is easily removable without needing toold for an easy clean of the unit.
There is a QR Code on the front of the unit which you can use to get the most up to date equipment information on so you know what to do with the unit when you first get it. There is a refrigerated dispensing system that on the whole outlet that is made of a special material that prevents condensation guarenteeing maximum production. **Please be advised, this will not accept anything more than 38% fat cream**
