Annual running cost*
More info
The cost of equipment doesn't end after you've made a purchase. This handy energy use calculator aims to give you an estimate of what you can expect to pay in ongoing running costs based on the kWh/annum provided by the manufacturer.
This calculator is populated with the kWh/annum for this product as supplied by the manufacturer. The calculator shows the estimated running cost of this piece of equipment based on the kWh/annum and the average energy costs. This calculation is based on the average UK restaurant by default.
The kWh/annum can be changed manually if required. The price per kWh can also be changed to reflect your local rate and give a more personalised figure.
For an annual kWh consumption of and price per kWh of the equipment would cost £ per year.
We have also calculated the cost using average UK business type's rates.
| Business | Avg. Price per kWh | Annual Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Restaurant | £ | |
| Hotel | £ | |
| Cafe | £ | |
| Home Bar | £ |

Blizzards range of slimline freezer counters has an eco-design meant to enable the saving of energy and hence money. A stainless steel interior and exterior ensures longevity and an easy to clean surface that will help you maintain the required hygienic conditions around your freezer.
The heavy duty castors provide mobility for the 94kg when needed. The freezer also has rounded corners on the inside for easy cleaning purposes. The doors have a self-closing feature and also a dwell position should they need to be kept open.
The refrigeration system utilises Zanussi compressors with Dixell controllers with a temperature range of -18C to -22C. With a 520W power and 2373 kWh/annum consumption rate. A climate class of 4 means that it will work best in ambient environments of 30C or below and 55% relative humidity.
Replaceable gaskets ensure the doors can be bought back to life after their expiration and with an adjustable shelf behind each door (measuring 330 x 430mm each), there is plenty of room in the 228 litres internal space.
Using the counter is as simple as plugging it into a 13 amp supply and waiting for the temperature to reach the desired level. Should anything go wrong with the counter within the first 2 years; it is covered by full manufacturer parts and labour warranty.
