Annual running cost*
More info
The cost of equipment doesn't end after you've made a purchase. This handy energy use calculator aims to give you an estimate of what you can expect to pay in ongoing running costs based on the kWh/annum provided by the manufacturer.
This calculator is populated with the kWh/annum for this product as supplied by the manufacturer. The calculator shows the estimated running cost of this piece of equipment based on the kWh/annum and the average energy costs. This calculation is based on the average UK restaurant by default.
The kWh/annum can be changed manually if required. The price per kWh can also be changed to reflect your local rate and give a more personalised figure.
For an annual kWh consumption of and price per kWh of the equipment would cost £ per year.
We have also calculated the cost using average UK business type's rates.
| Business | Avg. Price per kWh | Annual Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Restaurant | £ | |
| Hotel | £ | |
| Cafe | £ | |
| Home Bar | £ |

If you are looking for a reliable and efficient food prep station, look no further than the HBC4 refrigerated pre counter from Blizzard. It is part of Blizzard’s long line of prep counters that are designed to fit right into your kitchen regardless of the size. This unit is built by combining two services; a food preparation surface and a fridge section for your most perishable food items.
This unit comes in a stainless steel interior and exterior. Such a construction is ideal for commercial kitchen equipment because stainless steel is resistant to a lot of mechanical forces. It does not corrode from contact with water and other substances that might be found in a busy kitchen. It is also easy to clean and maintain a professional appearance. The prep counter has solid hinged doors giving you easy access to the refrigerated section. Cabinets have internally rounded corners to eliminate potential areas where build-up of dirt and food debris could occur for overall improved hygiene and food safety.
The temperature of this unit can be precisely adjusted with the Dixell Blue Line themostatic control which uses intelligent algorithms minimise the number of starts the compressor needs to make to achieve and maintain the desired temperatures. To prevent the build-up of frosted ice, this unit employs an automatic defrost system.
This unit is built on heavy duty castors for easy movement. It also comes with replaceable door gaskets which make it easy to clean and maintain your counter.
