Choosing the Best Standard Serve Over Counter
To enhance storage further, some serveover fridge counters offer additional under storage where extra supplies can be housed ready for quick restocking during busy periods. We also offer slimline serve over counters, for shops where spacesaving is required. Businesses that want to diversify their merchandise, counters with ambient shelves can also be found allowing products to be added to the display that don’t necessarily require chilling.
Serve overs are designed for chilling produce during display only, not as a storage vessel for continuous 24 hour use. All contents should be removed and placed into appropriate storage refrigeration during out of hours – the counter being clear for cleaning and sanitising prior to use the next day.
