The BCB05 chiller section is able to cool foods up to 18kg in weight from 90C to 3C in 90 minutes and freeze products weighing up to 11kg from 90C to -18C in 240 minutes. This rapid action limits the length of time cooked foods spend within the food danger zone where harmful bacteria can multiply quickly. 

There is an automatic defrost system that reduces the chances of ice build-up within the cabinet. This way, your unit will remain efficient at all times. The system gives you full control of its operations through an intuitive touchscreen display that will let you decide whether you want to blast chill or freeze your products. 

The unit’s cabinet is built with enough space for 5 shelves. This is ample for a considerable amount of food products.
