It is capable of blast freezing +70°C to - 18°C in 240 minutes and chill from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes if required. This is an incredibly short time especially considering that you will be handling up to 38Kgs of merchandise.
The freezer offers an easy program selection with colour coding for easy monitoring of the cycles progress. Using an automatic defrost system, the freezer is able to run efficiently at all times without wasting energy. Fitted with castors as standard, positioning the equipment is simple and stress-free.
