Ample external measurements of W1304mm x D720mm generate a generous 14.1 cubic foot capacity/ 400 litres. The clean white exterior exudes professionalism and with a stainless steel lid the overall design is attractive. The lid is easy to sanitise and provides an additional work area when required.
With a standard temperature range of -18˚C to -22˚C all stock will be maintained in premium condition. A fast freeze switch allows the user to bring large quantities of ingredients down to temperature in the quickest and safest time possible. Featuring an easy to read thermometer, monitoring of conditions is made easy even in the busiest of kitchens.
In order to receive the best possible performance the unit should be used in maximum ambient temperatures of 30˚C at 55% RH. Supplied with 2 baskets storage is ordered ensuring that location of items and retrieval is as efficient as possible. For ultimate organisation this chest freezer is designed to hold a maximum of 4 baskets.
A secure lock is integrated into the handle in order to protect stock when the unit is unattended. Each freezer is fitted with a defrost drain to collect residual water and ensure easy cleaning operations.

A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
