The Derby brand is dedicated to producing attractive units with refined lines and innovative designs. Renowned for manufacturing high quality products with durability and efficiency at the core, the range of chest freezers can fulfil the requirements of any kitchen. Every freezer storage is supplied with 24 month manufacturer’s parts only warranty however a 12 or 24 month labour cover can also be purchased for an additional cost.

The clean white exterior and strong solid lid create a professional appearance that is capable of complementing all settings. The hammered aluminium interior provides strength and hygiene where it is needed most.

Dimensions measuring 1304mm width, 720mm depth and 845mm height, lead to a healthy 14.12 cubic foot capacity being generated; ample for all essential stock. This unit is delivered with 2 spacious storage baskets allowing the user to separate and organise stock accordingly. The freezer can hold up to a maximum of 4 baskets in total.

A fast freeze switch gives the user complete control over operations. The fast freeze option can quickly bring large quantities of ingredients down to the recommended temperature. With a temperature range of -18˚C to -22˚C and accurate controls to adjust storage conditions, businesses can tailor the unit to suit their specific requirements.

The freezer also contains other features that make it ideal for your commercial space. A defrost drain collects excess water thus helping you maintain a clean freezer. It uses top of the line and ecofriendly refrigerant which does a great job at ensuring that you take part in conserving the environment.

The Derby F48 also comes with a 24 months parts only warranty as standard.

KEY DELIVERY INFORMATION

The majority of deliveries are free to mainland UK

Please use the Delivery Cost Calculator to check if you are
eligible. A surcharge may be applicable to some postcodes in the UK.

Standard deliveries are made on an 18 tonne vehicle.

Please make sure a vehicle of this size (think a double decker bus
or bin lorry) can get to the delivery location. Delivery on a
smaller vehicle can be arranged with prior notice however will
incur an additional cost.

Deliveries are typically made between 8am & 6pm however a small number of manufacturers may deliver between 7am & 7pm.

We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all
deliveries are at the courier’s discretion. Timed delivery options
are available on selected products/manufacturers however this
will incur a surcharge.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Any return made on the grounds of mis-order by the customer or incorrect measurements etc. will incur charges.

Any cancellation made once an order has been: processed, dispatched for delivery or left the manufacturer’s site, will be subject to a restocking fee, even if you have not yet received delivery.

Recycling

The majority of manufacturers will offer a recycling and disposal service. Where manufacturer services aren't available we recommend contacting your local authority or a reputable company listed in your area.

Ordered a new piece of equipment and arranged for recycling and disposal through the same manufacturer? It is important to bear in mind that not all recycling services will be carried out on the same day as delivery. Equipment remains your responsibility, that includes with regards to environmental aspects, so make sure you have suitable storage for old units until they can can be collected.

All units scheduled on a recycle service must be ready to collect outside of the premises on the day of collection.
