Keeping food items fresh for long periods of times is an important part of our everyday lives. This is especially the case with commercial kitchens and food establishments that deal with high numbers of highly perishable food products. That is what makes the BL1SS solid door freezer from Blizzard such an important unit.
This model is designed to give you the best results. Its extreme temperatures enable you to hold food products for long periods of time without losing out on the quality and without having to pay too much in energy bills.
This model comes in a stainless steel finish on both the interior and exterior. Given the extremity of the temperatures, and the fact that your freezer is most likely going to be used consistently, stainless steel becomes the ideal material. It is also easier to clean hence enabling you to meet the hygienic requirements expected in a commercial kitchen.
The model opens with a solid hinged door which has a self-closing function. The self-closing door helps in the prevention of energy loss as there is little chance for you to accidentally leave it open. The door also has a dwell function to keep the door open when you are loading the cabinet. A fitted lock provides the needed security for your food products.
This freezer from Blizzard comes with an automatic defrost system to prevent the accumulation of frosted ice within the chiller. A ventilated cooling system ensures that cool air is evenly distributed within the cabinet. It is also ideal in the rapid chillinling of your food items.
The model uses a DIXELL controller with blue LED display to help you monitor and adjust the temperatures accordingly. These temperatures range between -18°C to -22°C. 4 x 2/1 GN shelves provide you with the opportunity to properly arrange your food items and bulk storage dishes.
The Blizzard BL1SS also includes a 24 months parts and labour warranty as standard.
