This fridge is fully 2/1 gastronorm compatible and comes with 3 wire shelves that can be removed and repositioned across 17 shelf positions, letting you store a wide range of rotating stock.
This fridge comes with 2 solid hinged doors, featuring self-closing mechanisms to reduce energy lost and keep the cool air in. The door has an integrated handle, designed to reduce the risk of accidents through staff becoming caught on a protruding handle. Lock mechanisms are fitted into the doors, ensuring any stock held inside is safe and secure whilst the unit isn't in use.
The HED101 has an operating temperature range of 0C to 8C. A digitial thermostat and controller are fitted towards the top of the unit, allowing for real time temperature monitoring and adjustments this ensures you can create the perfect conditions in which to store your merchandise.
This unit has a striking stainless steel finish both externally & internally, this allows for easy upkeep and cleaning whilst also reinforcing the strength of the cabinet. Castors & brakes are fitted to the bottom of the unit, allowing for easy maneuvering and transporting across locations.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
