This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected. Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
