This machine has a mixing hopper with a capacity of 8 litres. The hopper is maintained at a temperature below 4.4°C, even during standby so that you are never out of ice cream. There is a low-level indicator to let operators know when the mix is low to ensure that your customers get ice cream whenever they want it.
The unit has an auto clean feature that will ensure you meet the hygienic requirements of a food establishment. The microprocessor controls automatically regulate refrigeration and keeps quality consistent with control of the temperature and viscosity.
You will be able to record the number of servings per day and a total number of dispenses. This model has an output of 110 cups per hour (80 grams per cup at 4°C liquid and 24°C ambient). It also includes 1000 servings with delivery, training, and a comprehensive 12 months parts and labour warranty as standard.
