Overview

Why Buy the Blizzard LBC4 Freezer Prep Counter?

The Blizzard LBC4 4 door freezer prep counter is a state of the art piece of equipment that is designed to bring you added convenience in your commercial kitchen. It is built by highly trained experts to provide you with two services at the same time. You will be able to prepare your food on a food-safe surface and preserve ingredients at the same time - right at the point of preparation.

The LBC4 comes with a stainless steel construction which is ideal for this type of equipment. Stainless steel will withstand the tough conditions in your commercial kitchen including dents, scrapes and water damage. It is also easy to clean making it easier for you to keep your kitchen hygienic and in line with food safety regulations.

It has 4 solid hinged doors with a self-closing function. This way, you will not leave the door open accidentally. The doors also have a dwell position to ensure that it does not become a nuisance when cleaning or loading up the freezer section.

The freezer section of this highly efficient freezer is loaded with features to enhance performance. There is even air distribution by a ducted system that provides temperatures ranging between -18°C to -22°C. Such extreme temperatures are ideal for the storage of a wide range of highly perishable food items. The temperatures are also bound to cause the frosting of ice. To prevent this, the LBC4 uses an automatic defrost system. This not only saves you money on energy bills, but also reduces the level of manual labour required to remove accumulated ice.

The unit’s internal corners are rounded for easy cleaning. It is built on castors for effortless movement and positioning while replaceable door gaskets act as the perfect seal when the door is closed. They also makes it possible to clean and maintain the unit to the highest standards. With an internal volume of 421L, you will find the provided 4 x 1/1 shelves suitable for the arrangement of your stock.

The LBC4 freezer prep counter from Blizzard also includes a 24 months manufacturer parts and labour warranty as standard.
