To add, the Adande Chef Base units are also conveniently capable of securely holding the additional weight of any hot cooking appliances that are placed on top of the unit. 

When it comes to storage, the large drawer capacity is capable of holding 4 x1/1 Gastronorm pans at 100mm deep – allowing you to store and organise products efficiently to keep them fresh and in pristine condition. These VCR1 Chef Base units have the ability to hold storage temperatures ranging from -22ËšC to +15ËšC and fridge and freezer functions can be operated and changed with the simple press of a button. To customise the unit for ideal counter-top placing, you can manipulate the castors, rollers and feet combinations to achieve a range of specific heights.
