The Adande group is based in Lowestoft, Suffolk and began life as an HVAC engineering consultancy. Originally specialising in refrigeration, air conditioning and industrial ventilation for the offshore oil, gas and petrochemical industries they soon began to utilise their knowledge for other areas. Caterers on rigs which they visited continually highlighted flaws in their refrigeration systems and so Adande set out to develop the perfect solution. Thus the remarkable refrigerated drawer modular option came into being, resulting in acclaim throughout the entire catering industry. Each unit proved able to reduce the quantity of spoiled ingredients and avoid costly waste; major problems which faced their clients.
