Quick Guide to Leasing & Leasing Calculator

At FFD we offer a range of financial solutions including a Lease Purchase option that allows you to buy the right, quality equipment for your business without tying up your cashflow. Payable in small & manageable monthly instalments over periods between 2 and 5 years. Lease purchase has helped 1000s of our customers drive their business forward.

Leasing is available on all purchases over £1000 + VAT. Read on for quick facts about leasing or alternatively, for more in-depth information about leasing criteria and who can apply, read our Truth About... Commercial Leasing article in FFD Info Centre.

Use our simple leasing calculator below to quickly check lease figures and calculate your estimated repayments.

Advantages of leasing from FFD Commercial Refrigeration

  • ✅ Tax Benefits - You can offset 100% of leased equipment costs against tax liability of your business to maximise tax efficiency.

Top Tip for Saving: For maximum savings choosing a 2 year lease deal results in repaying less than the initial capital outlay when factoring in tax savings. Choosing longer repayment plans will cost more than the total equipment cost over the term of the lease.

  • ✅ Instant, Maximum Benefit - When leasing you can invest in the best equipment for the job, even if business budgets do not allow for outright purchase.

  • ✅ Flexible Repayment Structure - Allow easy budgeting by tailoring repayments to your business cashflow.

  • ✅ High Acceptance Rate - We have access to one the biggest lending portfolios in the country including self funded deals, significantly increasing the chances of acceptance for our customers to the best deals.

  • ✅ Fast Approval – Our lenders can provide credit decisions quickly.

  • ✅ Remove the Worry - Spread the cost  of your equipment over the working life of the appliance/s.

Advisory Notes;

*Term and figures quoted assume a clear credit profile and therefore could be subject to change.

*Prices do not include VAT except where specified.

*Warranty for equipment purchases is as per product description regardless of lease terms. We recommend taking a full parts and labour warranty for the entirety of the lease deal where possible. Please give us a call to enquire about extended leases.

General Delivery Information

This is a commercial product. All deliveries are kerbside and made between 8am & 6pm Monday - Friday unless an additional service has been purchased. Please click on the Delivery and Returns tab for more important information.

Basic Warranty

A basic warranty offers a 36 months parts and a 24 months labour warranty. This means that if the unit or any mechanical components fail due to a manufacturer fault resulting in break down or performance issues with your equipment and within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Within regards to the labour cover, you would have to provide your own specialist engineer, who would need to perform an engineers report. This must be sent to ourselves, who can then forward this on directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer would confirm if this is covered within the warranty before sending the cost of the engineer to ourselves, which we then reimburse to you.

Please note if the manufacturer deems that this is not covered within the warranty, then you would be liable to cover the cost of the engineer yourself. The cost of the engineer is only covered for the time spect correcting the issue and does not include additional fees such as travel costs ect.

Advanced Warranty

An advanced warranty offers a 36 months parts and 24 months labour warranty. This means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.
