Professional establishments in need of catering equipment
Professional kitchens come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes and it is uncommon for two establishments to have the same menus or equipment requirements. When a business such as this is looking to purchase new catering equipment it is paramount that they consider the different capacities, cooking methods, power supplies and sizes available on the market.
Since pieces of equipment can vary massively between things such as catering sinks to large combination ovens, it can be difficult for a choice to be made without the appropriate considerations being made beforehand. A pizza oven for example, whether freestanding, conveyor or counter top, would be of no use to a restaurant which does not serve pizza in its menu.
Knowing the power supplies available within a professional catering establishment is essential for a purchaser as there is natural gas, propane gas, single phase or three phase electric to choose from. If a unit is only available with a power supply not available within an establishment it may be necessary to see if another unit is more suitable or measures can be taken to supply that particular power.
