Blast Chillers & Freezers

Blast Chillers & Blast Freezers are used to rapidly cool down or freeze food, avoiding the build up of harmful bacteria that can occur when food is cooled slowly. These units use blasts of cold air to quickly freeze or chill it's contents. Placing hot food in a normal fridge or freezer is also dangerous as it will raise the temperature of the existing contents, causing food safety risk, With these products, this can be avoided, making for a safer catering environment.
