Ice Machines

Ice Machines come in three main categories; Ice Crushers, Ice Makers and Ice Flakers.

Ice Crushers can be electric or hand operated with a handle, most commercial ice crushers will be electric to handle the volume of ice needed. Ice crushers are simple to use, just place ice cubes in the top and retreive the crushed ice from the holding area. Ice Makers can be modular units or freestanding, with ice production rates varying respecitvely. It is very important to consider how much ice you will need your Ice Maker to produce. Ice Flakers are a popular choice for health care establishments but also for fresh fish and meat counters. The Ice flaker needed will affect the storage bin required. Ice Flakers can be integrated or modular.
