Heated food displays allow caterers to present their products to customers in an eye catching way, while catering gantries provide valuable shelf space as they can be located in either heated or ambient positions above cupboards and other equipment.

Hot display units have another major benefit. They keep items at a constant temperature, ensuring the maintenance of high standards of food hygiene.

At Fridge Freezer Direct, we stock a range of different types of hot food displays. These include the Parry 1985 Wet Well Gastronorm Electric Bain Marie. This is manufactured from stainless steel and has a standard base size. Its optional pots and gastronorm are supplied as standard.

Parry also manufacture the PCD Chip Dump Unit which is equipped with a variable controlled quartz lamp and can also be used as a dry bain marie. A heat source is located in the base of the equipment.

The Inomak RD314 Double Gantry demonstrates just how versatile this type of equipment can be. It is designed to fit over heated cupboards and bain maries supplied by its manufacturer but is also designed to house Inomak Quartz Heated Food Boxes.

All our display and servery equipment is supplied by well known manufacturers such as Tecfrigo, Numatic, Prodis, Craven, Olympia and APS. We stock both freestanding and countertop models with a choice of wet or dry heat. Purchasers can choose from a variety of colours.
